Rotakids Litter Pick

Our Rotakids finally got to take part in their first community project today, organising a fantastic litter pick at Lewsey Park! In partnership with their Rotary Club counterparts, the children teamed up and showed great unity to work together to collect over 20 bags, full to the brim with litter. The children had a terrific time with their grabbers, whizzing through the park, collecting any litter they cast their eyes on! They also showed great friendship skills by finding out all about the Rotary Club members who were present, getting to know them well. 

It was a wonderful event, full of community spirit and goodwill. We're looking forward to collaborating for our next project which will see us donning our gardening gear and planting over 100 crocus bulbs!
