Other Student Leadership
We have a range of other leadership roles across the school. All children are asked to keep their classrooms tidy, resources organised and look after school equipment.
Class teachers often use a monitor system which allows pupils to develop independence and responsibility.
These are our assembly monitors; they set up the hall, manage the music system and the technology. They are brilliant role models and they help supervise the children awarding 'Good Listener' stickers to those who have earned them.
These are our Mini Midday Supervisors, they are a brilliant team of Year 3 children who happily give their lunch break to help support their peers in the hall. They have been trained in the basic skills of being a Midday Supervisor and their responsibility is to ensure that lunchtime is a happy and fun place for everyone you can recognise the team by their navy blue aprons.. The team work with our Kitchen Manager and Senior Midday Supervisor, they share their ideas on how to improve the lunchtime experience. The children are excellent role models to others, they demonstrate positive values and we are proud and grateful for their proactive, smiley attitude.
