Luton Town FC visit

It was 'round 2' of our visit to Luton Town FC today, when the 2nd half of our carnival attendees got to visit Kenilworth Rd to watch a pulsating game of football as a thank you for their carnival participation earlier in the year.

Once again, the children were thrilled to be able to go behind the scenes before the game and then collected their flags in preparation for flag-bearing, to welcome the players onto the pitch! (They also got to 'high-5' lots of the players too, which seemed to be an added bonus!).

Unlike the last game, whose result didn't go Luton's way, this time round, the Hatters were much more successful and ended up 3-1 victors over their Welsh visitors Newport County. Come on you Hatters!
